Description
The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to help deliver facilities programs that support school operations, maintenance, and capital improvements, partnering closely with project teams and District leadership from planning through closeout. *Salary Range: $165K/Year-$180K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of program planning and development, including engineering, construction, technical support, schedules, budgets, funding, grants, prioritization, and closeout Review and analyze complex project budgets, schedules, and costs to ensure alignment with approved scope, timelines, and funding Supervise project planners and ensure project scopes, schedules, and budgets reflect stakeholder goals and program objectives Develop and manage funding strategies, including state match grants, private grants, and partnerships with non-profit organizations Reduce or resolve cost overruns through value engineering Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership Oversee financial closeout of programs and ensure documentation and reporting comply with funding requirements Act as liaison and provide documentation support for closed projects involved in litigation, including participation in depositions when required Assess program performance and recommend improvements to processes, reporting, and delivery Resolve technically complex issues for architects, engineers, and project managers Coordinate development of policies, procedures, funding requests, and construction program guidelines Participate in community and stakeholder meetings for high-profile projects and prepare progress reports Participate in job walks, job meetings, and review project documentation for compliance Capture lessons learned and support staff training to improve program delivery Mediate conflicts related to scope, materials, and project requirements Participate in change order negotiations and assist with contract reviews Perform other duties as assigned Experience 10 years of full-time professional experience managing and administering programs and projects, including scope development, planning and design, budgeting, funding allocation, and closeout At least 4 years of experience managing programs within a public or educational agency, with responsibility for coordinating complex activities Experience managing multiple public or educational programs concurrently is preferred Education Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management Candidates who do not meet the education requirement may substitute experience on a year-for-year basis Preferred Licenses & Certifications California-licensed Architect or Professional Engineer Certified Construction Manager (CCM) LEED Accredited Professional We offer one of the most competitive benefit packages in the industry.
