Program Manager: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Hybrid | Holland, MI

Position Overview: We’re looking for a mission-driven, thoughtful, and collaborative Program Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in managing and improving THS’s core programs while helping us communicate our impact to donors and supporters. In addition to program leadership, this person will support the CEO with donor relations and other cross-functional responsibilities as needed.
This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about global equity, thrives in a collaborative and relational work environment, and is eager to roll up their sleeves to help build and scale impactful programs.

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• ​​Data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and translate findings into actionable insights
• Familiarity with monitoring & evaluation or impact storytelling is a plus
