• You will actively shape the transformation PMO by continuously optimizing and developing methods, governance structures, reporting, and control logics.
• Together with Performance Management, you will structure and coordinate a portfolio of strategic initiatives and programs and develop an integrated transformation roadmap with clear priorities, dependencies, and progress.
• In this role, you assess the consistency and interactions of target images, priorities, and transformation initiatives, identify conflicting objectives, and derive sound decision-making criteria for management.
• As a sparring partner , you work closely with stakeholders at all organizational levels and establish transparent governance and control formats for a successful transformation.
• Furthermore, you will continuously develop transformation methods, standards and tools and contribute to the sustainable management of company development together with an interdisciplinary team.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree  in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in program management, ideally in complex multi-project and transformation environments, set you apart.
• You are familiar with common methods and frameworks in project, program and transformation management (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile Frameworks) and use them in a targeted manner.
• Furthermore, you have experience in creating management reports , roadmaps and portfolio dashboards , as well as in using relevant control and planning tools.
• Your very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
