QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Education, Engineering, or related.
• 10–15 years managing multi-million-dollar federal contracts.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Desired: Experience with FHWA, DOT, or DoD programs.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $90.00 - $150.00 per hour

• Serve as overall lead for Training contract delivery.
• Act as primary point of contact for CO/COR.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality control, and risk.
• Lead program reviews, annual schedules, and staff allocation.
• Ensure compliance with IACET, Section 508, and federal requirements.
