QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Education, Engineering, or related.
  • 10–15 years managing multi-million-dollar federal contracts.
  • PMP or equivalent certification required.
  • Strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Desired: Experience with FHWA, DOT, or DoD programs.
