We are supporting a leading global organisation within the semiconductor industry in their search for an experienced Program Manager to lead a major IT Control Rationalisation initiative focused on User Access Management (UAM) and SOX compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, governance, execution and delivery of a large-scale User Access Management and SOX controls programme.
• Manage programme timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings and executive updates.
• Develop governance frameworks, status reporting, action logs and risk registers.
• Ensure successful implementation of standardised access management processes and controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and resource planning activities.
• Drive change management and adoption across the organisation.

• Required Experience10+ years' experience delivering complex programmes in enterprise environments.
• Strong Program/Project Management background.
• Experience leading IAM (Identity & Access Management) initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SOX controls and compliance environments.
• Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing risks, budgets, resources and governance structures.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certifications are advantageous.
