JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project or program management.
• Basic understanding of the Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple project aspects effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Oversee and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate project specifications and requirements across relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate and support factory-related activities to align with project timelines.
