RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or operations management, with proven experience in overseeing complex projects and programs. Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning projects with organizational goals is highly valued.

Formal Education or Equivalent

  • University Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin and /or related field of study
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent (preference will be given to candidates with PMP certification or in progress)

SKILLS

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communications skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and change management practices
  • Strong working knowledge with Visio, SharePoint, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, and Smartsheet
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage deadlines and ensure project quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive program success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
