Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of strategic and transformational projects, delivering exceptional experiences to PagerDuty clients. You will lead high-impact initiatives while collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage long-term Program Management projects with strategic clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring synergies and customer satisfaction across multiple projects.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide solutions such as training, support, and tailored strategies.
  • Lead critical discussions on implementation methodology, strategic planning, and executive-level requirement gathering.
  • Proactively identify risks and propose strategies to mitigate them, contributing to long-term customer success and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants to ensure clients are fully satisfied.

KEY ROLE DETAILS:

  • Work Modality: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).
  • Location: Portugal (collaborating with the global team).
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK Time Zone).
