SUMMARY:

The Wallet Program Manager is a crucial role responsible for the successful execution and day-to-day operations of our Wallet Partner Program. This individual will be instrumental in bringing the program’s vision to life, ensuring high-quality delivery, fostering a positive and impactful experience for Wallet partners, and helping them successfully identify and deliver on Wallet projects. Wallet Partners include the whole ecosystem of PACs, PIAMs, OEMs, and Integrators that deploy Wallet solutions to their customers. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent project management and interpersonal skills, driven by a passion for partner engagement and program success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 5 + years in account or program management.
• Proven experience successfully executing partner-based programs, ideally in the physical access control industry.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and HubSpot CRM.
  This position is at our headquarters in Broomfield, CO, with four days in the office and one day remote, Monday through Friday. Some travel may be required to attend conferences to represent the company and connect with program partners. This position reports to the VP of Wallet & LEAF Communities.
  Salary Range: $80,000-90,000 annually
