Description
As a Windward Program Manager based in Hawaii, you will be the primary lead for our strategic initiatives within the U.S Gov customer base. Your role will be to manage the end-to-end execution of Windward’s contracts. You will ensure that Windward’s solutions align with both the customer’s commercial, technical and timeline requirements. Key Responsibilities Windward Account Leadership: Manage the program lifecycle and time to value, ensuring all Windward deliverables meet contractual milestones and budget. Mission Alignment: Act as the strategic liaison between Windward HQ, back office and the customer’s mission and operations officials. Commercial Management: Responsible for the program’s commercial aspect, renewal and P&L when needed, reporting internally to Windward leadership. Growth & Expansion: Identify new operational requirements within the theater that Windward’s platform can solve. Location: Honolulu, HI (Greater Oahu Area) Reporting To: Windward US General Manager Clearance: Secret (TS/SCI Preferred) Requirements 5+ years of Defense/Maritime Program Management experience Deep knowledge of how DoW programs are conducted Working with an advanced tech company and technology PMP certification preferred
