JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee various projects from Hardscaping and landscaping, to bathroom build out and backyard renovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and Construction site/Materials, with a focus on implementing effective processes to ensure project success. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing resources, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while fostering a collaborative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Scheduling work phases and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Prioritizing tasks under tight timelines.
  • Coordinating multiple contractors and projects simutaneously

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety standards, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical documents.

. Health & Safety Compliance

  • Knowledge of OSHA (or local regulations).
  • Conducting regular safety checks and toolbox talks.
  • Implementing risk assessments and ensuring compliance on-site.
