The Stellantis Customer Experience organization is currently seeking a highly skilled, solutions-oriented Project Milestone Assessor to join the Quality team in Auburn Hills, MI. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring launched products exceed customer expectations as measured in the six types of Quality. This role serves as a support role in the independent review of the vehicle development process to ensure they are completed to an acceptable standard to deliver a quality product to the customer at the launch of a new product. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of developing and executing standardization and leadership. The selected individual will have experience in managing cross-functional teams and possess a broad knowledge of the entire automotive engineering, manufacturing, and quality landscape. The candidate must be a high-energy, hands-on individual with strength of convictions — a self-confident leader who, in part due to his/her personal presence, style, and demeanor, effectively sells ideas and solutions to others. Moreover, this person must have unquestioned integrity.
