Description
Oversees administration needs of the Program Office on projects/ initiatives, staff engagement and development to support overall T&O group strategies. Provide business management and project management support (strategic projects). Drive Tech and Operations annual Budget planning exercise Follow-up on management actions/ track project status and timeline to ensure regular and timely progress update from relevant responsible parties. Identify and escalate medium and high risk/issues to Head of Program Office from progress updates received Organise, coordinate and facilitate T&O meetings (e.g. management meetings, townhalls etc). Work with multiple stakeholders to prepare agenda and presentation deck. Build and maintain effective relationships with project teams as well as extended stakeholders, including sponsor, business representatives and other projects and programs. Responsible for improving employee engagement index by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement activities. Initiate and implement innovative team building and collaborative initiatives. Responsible to develop and implement communications, events and engagement plan. Leading and/or supporting the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials. Experience in supporting governance and executive reporting activities including QBRs, Steering Committee meetings, management reviews, budget tracking, risk escalation, and strategic project oversight. Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience as well as political awareness Strong in organizing, adaptable to dynamic changes and excellent in follow through. Relationship management skills with key stakeholder Experience with projects and events management preferred. Understanding of insurance and IT an added advantage Key Stakeholders External: Liaison: Vendors Internal: Management team & Department Heads and Leads of T&O Team Salary: $7000 to $9000
