Description

Develop and deliver regional community development plans and programs that strengthen communities, build capacity and respond to local needs.
Empower residents through engagement initiatives, tenant committees, leadership development opportunities and community-led projects.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organisations, service providers, government agencies and other key stakeholders to enhance outcomes for residents.
Identify, secure and manage grant funding, sponsorship and partnership opportunities to support community initiatives and organisational objectives.
Measure, evaluate and report on community development activities, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.
Collaborate with Housing and Asset Management teams to deliver an integrated service model that improves tenant satisfaction, community wellbeing and neighbourhood outcomes.
