HealthWISE is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Officer to support mental health intake and triage across the New England North West region. This role is available from any of our NSW offices and offers flexibility for the right candidate.
As the first point of contact for referrals, you’ll assess risk, plan for safety, and help connect people with the support they need. This role is key in ensuring people living with moderate to severe mental illness are guided toward recovery-focused services.

• Triage referrals and complete risk and safety assessments
• Provide intake services across HealthWISE’s Wellbeing programs
• Support communication between clients, referrers, and internal teams
• Work within a stepped care and person-centred mental health model
• Support demand management and reporting processes
