About the Role As a Program Operations Associate at Abaka AI, you will support the execution and day-to-day operations of active Program Management projects across our AI data operations organization. This role is focused on helping Project Managers maintain operational efficiency, project organization, reviewer coordination, and delivery execution across fast-moving client projects. You will work directly with Project Managers to support project tracking, workflow coordination, guideline organization, operational follow-through, and day-to-day project execution. This is a highly execution-oriented role designed for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. This is a high-impact operational support role with strong exposure to large-scale AI data and annotation workflows. Responsibilities Support Project Managers with the execution of ongoing AI data and annotation projects Track project progress, operational milestones, reviewer throughput, and delivery timelines Help maintain project organization across trackers, documentation, guidelines, and operational workflows Assist with reviewer coordination, onboarding support, and day-to-day project communication Monitor operational issues, escalate blockers quickly, and support rapid issue resolution Support quality control workflows and operational audits under Project Manager guidance Handle high-volume operational and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail wwMaintain accurate records across project documentation and internal tracking systems Assist Project Managers with project reporting, workflow updates, and operational follow-through Support multiple concurrent projects while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines Qualifications Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced operational environments Highly responsive with strong execution and follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working within structured operational workflows and project tracking systems Ability to work effectively under direction from Project Managers and adapt quickly to project needs High ownership mindset with willingness to support day-to-day operational execution Interest in AI, operations, project coordination, or data workflows Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred Prior experience in operations, project coordination, customer support, or administrative support is a plus Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 USD annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Abaka AI. This role may be eligible for equity, as well as a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, flexible work schedule).
