Description
BLK GRVTY is building an economic architecture where ownership and health are the new benchmarks of wealth for everyone. The Program Operations Manager is the operational backbone of our work, making sure our technology-enabled, capital-focused programs can scale. This is not a support role; it is a builder role and a key driver of how our work gets done. You will partner with initiative leads and external vendors to design and run the operational infrastructure—CRMs (HubSpot), project management (Asana), GSuite, Slack, data flows, and knowledge management—that keeps programs on track, compliant, and outcomes-focused. You will: Lead implementation planning and execution across multiple initiatives. Serve as the internal lead for an external vendor building workflows and automations to assess entrepreneurs and business models and connect qualified opportunities to capital partners. Implement and optimize our tech stack, integrating tools and automations to reduce manual work and improve data quality. Use emerging technologies, including generative AI, to streamline operations and support better reporting, learning, and storytelling. Maintain dashboards and reporting on grant metrics, capital deployment, and program outcomes. Create and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and documentation so our systems are clear, teachable, and scalable. Key Outputs Clear, up-to-date organizational timelines showing program milestones, dependencies, and grant-related obligations. A well-integrated tech stack (HubSpot, Asana, GSuite, Slack, and related tools) with meaningful automations and minimal manual data entry. A robust, well-documented workflows that reliably assesses entrepreneurs and business models and surfaces qualified opportunities to capital partners. Real-time or regularly updated dashboards that provide visibility into program outcomes. Operational playbooks, SOPs, and training materials that support consistent execution across initiatives. Regular operational reviews that surface wins, bottlenecks, and needs for leadership. You are: Experienced (5–7+ years) in program or operations management in complex, multi-stakeholder or scaling environments. Comfortable owning systems design and implementation in tools like Asana, HubSpot, GSuite, and Slack. Skilled at working with external vendors to translate needs into workflows and automations. Curious and confident with emerging tech (including generative AI) and able to help others adopt new tools. Detail-oriented, reliable, and energized by turning vision into execution. You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team across research, capital, and partnerships, with room for this role to grow as BLK GRVTY scales. Healthcare Reimbursement In lieu of a traditional employer-sponsored health plan, employees receive a monthly reimbursement of up to $1,000 to offset costs associated with medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums or related out-of-pocket expenses. 401(k) Retirement Plan Blk Grvty offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan to help employees plan and save for their future. Mobile Phone Allowance A monthly stipend of $100 is provided to support work-related mobile phone usage and associated fees. Home Office & Broadband Allowance To support productive remote work, employees receive a monthly allowance of $100 for home office equipment, supplies, or broadband internet costs. A Growing Benefits Package As Blk Grvty continues to scale, we are committed to expanding our benefits offerings to further invest in our team's well-being and work-life balance.
