POSITION SUMMARY

The Program and Outreach Manager plays a vital leadership role in planning, implementing, and evaluating outreach and support programs. This position ensures services are responsive, trauma-informed, and deeply rooted in community needs. The Manager supervises outreach staff, builds relationships with service providers and housing partners, and works directly with individuals transitioning from houselessness to housing stability and those who are at risk of losing their homes.
