The Program Performance & Reporting Lead will Implement performance management processes and procedures and develop reporting templates and dashboards to report overall program and individual project performance in accordance with requirements of the Delivery Management Methodology.
This is a full-time permanent position working as part of our Unity Water program based out of our Mango Hill office. You will be reporting into the Project Controls Manager and working closely with the commercial and finance team to ensure portfolio and project reporting is aligned with program performance and progress.

• Coordinate preparation, review and distribution of key program management reports
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Develop KPI and performance metrics and dashboards aligned with program contractual requirements
• Liaise with others to report on the performance of projects within a portfolio
• Assume responsibility for preparation and submission of monthly progress payment claims
• Analyse reporting processes and tools to identify areas for improvement in data accuracy, timeliness, and presentation
• Ensure reporting adheres to organisational governance standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
