THE OPPORTUNITY

Through our preventative programs, we help clients to manage their health, live well, avoid preventable health deterioration, and take pressure off the healthcare system.
We are looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join the Behavioural Programs team in the position of Program Physiotherapist, for a part-time, fixed term contract until June 2026 (with the possibility of extension), working a 0.6 FTE.
In this role you will deliver the evidence-based Better Knee Better Me program to eligible participants. This involves physiotherapist appointments and administering assessments and model of health coaching, through video and telephonic to people with physical care needs.
In this work from home role, you will manage a caseload of participants via digital delivery (phone and video platforms). Using your clinical knowledge as well as a solid understanding of health behaviour change and motivational interviewing methodology, you will empower participants to achieve positive change within their health and wellbeing.
