Position Summary: The Program Planner will be responsible for producing and managing construction side across multiple live development projects. Working closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants, you will ensure that all project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths are clearly defined, tracked, and communicated to key stakeholders. Program planner will be part of the technical department. Key Responsibilities: Planning & scheduling Develop, maintain, and update detailed programmes for all active development projects Identify critical paths, key milestones, float, and interdependencies across the portfolio Produce baseline schedules and manage programme changes with full audit trails Integrate contractor and consultant programmes Conduct regular programme reviews with project teams and flag delays or risks early Support pre-construction planning with feasibility-stage programme modelling Reporting & coordination Produce clear, concise programme reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders Track actual progress against baseline and provide variance analysis with recovery recommendations Collaborate with cost managers to align programme milestones with cash flow forecasts Maintain a portfolio-level view of all project timelines to support resource planning decisions Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a planning or scheduling role within real estate, construction, or infrastructure Advanced proficiency in planning software — Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent Strong understanding of construction sequences, design workflows, and procurement timelines Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex schedules and present findings clearly Strong communicator — able to work across project teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders Competitive salary based on experience Sports Benefit membership Bonus based on performance Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects across a growing real estate portfolio Career growth opportunities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
