JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dedicated Program Science Lead to guide our program development efforts and support evidence-based care. The Program Science Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs aimed at improving diabetes management outcomes. This role will involve a strong focus on integrating scientific research, data-driven insights, and best practices into program development. The Program Science Lead will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that all clinical programs are aligned with GluCare’s mission of innovation and patient-centered care.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Epidemiology, or related fields. A background in diabetes care or chronic disease management is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare program development, scientific research, or clinical operations, ideally within diabetes or chronic disease management.

SKILLS:

  • Strong expertise in program design, implementation, and evaluation in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data to inform program development.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in healthcare data analytics tools and software is an advantage.
