RK Mortgage Limited is seeking a proactive and organized Program Services Coordinator to support the delivery of key services and projects within our growing financial services business in Christchurch, Canterbury. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a professional approach, and the ability to manage client interactions while keeping operations on track.
We will offer competitive salary ($30.00 to $35.00 an hour) depending on your experience / qualification and minimum 30 hours a week.

REQUIREMENTS: -

  • 3 years of experience or related qualifications at a degree level
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A background in administration, service coordination, or project support (experience in financial services is advantageous).
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assist with the planning and administration of service programs and internal projects.
  • Manage and resolve client enquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality support throughout the client journey.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project and contract records, documents, and service reports.
  • Work collaboratively with mortgage advisors, lenders, consultants, and external service providers to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
  • Support senior management by following up on tasks, implementing decisions, and ensuring operations align with business objectives.
  • Monitor service delivery by external contractors and report on any changes to agreed work plans.
  • Draft project updates, prepare business activity reports, and support submission of internal and external documentation.
  • Assist with end-to-end loan processing: document collection, data entry and lender follow ups
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Support marketing campaigns, referral partner communications and database management
