Description Program Services Office Assistant Full-Time | On-Site Keep Operations Moving. Support Meaningful Work. As a Program Services Office Assistant, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support that helps our programs run smoothly and stay compliant. If you’re organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, this role is a great opportunity to contribute behind the scenes to work that changes lives. What You’ll Do Coordinate and update transportation schedules and run information Enter and approve attendance data in the electronic case record system Support vehicle maintenance scheduling Maintain digital files and records in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams Assist with training compliance tracking and audits Take detailed meeting minutes for Program Services leadership Provide general administrative and project support as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For High school diploma required 1+ year administrative or office support experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with SharePoint a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Frequent computer use About The Kennedy Collective For 75 years, The Kennedy Collective has been creating opportunities and inclusion for people with disabilities across Connecticut.
