We are looking for a motivated Program Specialist to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in an SAP S4 Program. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in project management in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Welcome to the Project Management Office (PMO) As part of the PMO, you’ll work closely with Change Leads, Process Managers, IT experts, and other project leads to ensure the success of our SAP S4 Program. Your contributions will directly support critical business transformation processes and enhance the efficiency of our program operations. In this role you’ll make an impact by: Supporting the collection of data in project tools, organizing meetings and meeting facilities. Preparing high-quality executive presentations to the stakeholders (e.g., for Steering Committee, program leadership, and senior executives) Coordinating across various functional streams to gather progress updates and identify dependencies or issues impacting the program Contributing to strategic ad-hoc initiatives and leadership-driven tasks to support program development Taking minutes of meetings and creating actions in the project tools Assisting in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress, milestones, and deliverables. Planning of travel and events for the program. Maintaining project documentation, including status reports, action logs. Collaborating with a diverse team to drive successful project outcomes. To succeed you must hold: A degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or another related field. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. Experienced with creating PowerPoint presentations for senior managers. A willingness to learn and work with multiple software systems. Experience with projects or project management. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken. A proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
