As a Program Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting program operations and delivering exceptional technical assistance to a diverse portfolio of organizations. You will serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance and ensuring smooth processes throughout program administration. This role involves multi-tasking across technical support, project coordination, and communication, allowing you to directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of program delivery. You will collaborate closely with project leadership and cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards for accuracy, organization, and stakeholder engagement. Accountabilities: · Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders throughout all phases of program applications and administration. · Provide timely and professional technical support via multiple channels, including email, calls, and virtual meetings. · Draft responses to inquiries, prepare reports, and collaborate with project leadership to ensure accurate and consistent communication. · Facilitate meetings and technical assistance sessions, including developing agendas and leading discussions. · Validate and review submitted information, generating follow-up findings as needed. · Maintain and update project documentation, systems, and CRM records regularly. · Support continuous process improvement and contribute to program efficiency. · U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S., with eligibility for federal client clearance. · Bachelor’s degree in any field; preference for health or public policy-related degrees. · 2+ years of post-collegiate work experience, preferably in program support or project coordination. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively within remote teams. · Quick learner with the capacity to acquire new skills and content knowledge efficiently. · Preferred: experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, healthcare policy knowledge, project coordination, research, or marketing communications. · Competitive salary range: $60,800 - $81,900 per year. · Fully remote work with flexible arrangements. · Health and retirement benefits. · Discretionary bonuses and professional development reimbursement. · Opportunities for career growth and skill development within a supportive team environment.
