Job Description

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

The Program Specialist will play a vital, AI-enabled support role across the RiseUp with ServiceNow initiatives in EMEA. You will support employer engagement, track student and alumni success, and manage key platforms that power our learning and community ecosystems. This role emphasises the use of AI tools and data platforms to improve operational efficiency, personalize engagement, and deliver impactful experiences for learners, partners, and alumni.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who is passionate about advancing career pathways for non-traditional talent — and who sees AI not as a buzzword, but as a practical tool for scale and transformation.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in program coordination, workforce development, employer engagement, or community outreach.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work with data, as well as people.
  • Experience working with digital platforms and learning and collaboration tools.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and task-tracking software.
  • Commitment to growing the ServiceNow ecosystem providing access & education opportunities with a passion for supporting learners.
  • Experience with AI in educational or workforce settings.
  • Prior exposure to RiseUp with ServiceNow or similar reskilling/upskilling programs.
  • Knowledge of programs requiring coordination of student support operations, and project management.
