This position ensures accurate documentation, effective program implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting team collaboration and individual outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs. Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled Provide training for employees Conduct monthly staff meetings Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve. Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more. Qualifications What Makes You A Great Fit: Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma/GED equivalent required. A two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities with supervisory experience preferred.
