Family Options provides behavioral support and supervision for individuals with developmental disabilities, many of whom are also dual diagnosed. We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate leader with a strong background in managing and mentoring staff within a residential care setting.
The Supervisor works in partnership with the Program Manager to supervise, schedule, and direct front-line staff. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all clients through direct hands-on care. Supervisors are also responsible for responding to aggressive behaviors and implementing Ministry-approved physical interventions as needed. All staff, including the Supervisor, are required to complete mandatory training. Specific responsibilities include:
