Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a Program Supervisor position. This is a full-time position in the Full Service Partnership Child Program in the Behavioral Health Department based out of the Gardner Health Services Corporate Office located at 160 E Virginia Street, San Jose, CA 95112. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor is responsible for providing assessments, crisis intervention, and the overall clinical supervision of the counseling staff. The Program Supervisor oversees the clinical activities of the program. The Full Service Partnership Child Program follows a “do what it takes” philosophy in providing intensive therapeutic services for children between the ages of 6 to 15 years. This comprehensive care model includes a combination of intensive psychological therapies as well as psychiatric support. The goal of this service delivery module is to alleviate the family from crisis as well as help the child and the family thrive

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work).
• State of CA LCSW or LMFT License preferred; must obtain a license within two years of hire/promotion with a signed contingency agreement.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• Minimum two (2) years of related work experience working with substance clients.
• Ability to supervise and provide consultation with difficult clients.
• Bilingual/Bicultural preferred.
