Supervises staff. Conducts weekly case reviews, supervision, and provides direct services to youth. Composes program reports including quarterly and annual reports in a timely and accurate manner EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS * Four-Year College Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency - general major. Requires basic knowledge or training in a specialized or technical field or trade, such as social work, professional accounting, finance, business administration, and marketing EXPERIENCE * Over four years, up to and including six years.  * Other: Five years directly related experience might be substituted for bachelors SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED * Significant experience supporting and working effectively with at-risk youth in community, educational, or social service environments.
