JOB DESCRIPTION: Program Site Supervisor Evolution   Reports To: Director of Behavioral Health and Residential Services   Salary Band: Full Time / Exempt (40 HRS)    POSITION SUMMARY:    Reporting to the Director of Residential Services, the Program Site Supervisor – The Evolution Center is responsible for overseeing daily operations at The Evolution Center.  This includes ensuring that services align with Gateway Center’s mission to connect individuals experiencing homelessness to the support and resources necessary for self-sufficiency. This position provides direct supervision of Guest Service Agents and offers leadership and guidance to additional Gateway Center staff on-site, including Care Coordinators, Food Operations, Behavioral Health Services, and Employment Services personnel. Additionally, the Program Site Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for community partners and volunteers providing services at The Evolution Center.   Gateway Center is committed to quality customer service, proper stewardship of funding, implementing best practices, leading innovation in the delivery of services, strategic partnerships and results-based leadership.  To accomplish this, the Program Site Supervisor will ensure that agency and program policies and procedures are being implemented and utilized as intended.  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES: * Supervise the day-to-day operations of The Evolution Center to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for guests. * Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for Guest Service Agents, ensuring adherence to Gateway Center policies and trauma-informed care principles. * Offer guidance and operational support to on-site staff, including Care Coordinators, Behavioral Health Services, Employment Services, and Food Operations teams. * Serve as the primary escalation point for operational concerns, guest grievances, and crisis situations. * Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and emergency response protocols. * Coordinate, provide or refer to staff to coaching, training, development, and support opportunities as needed and available.  * Provide oversight and training to ensure agency protocols are followed and that documentation is submitted accurately and timely * Conduct regular staff meetings, one-on-one supervision, and training sessions to ensure team alignment and professional development. * Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes staff well-being and effectiveness. * Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and evaluation of Guest Service Agents and other assigned personnel as requested by the Director of Residential Services. * Serve as a liaison for community partners, volunteers, and external service providers delivering support at The Evolution Center in collaboration with the Director of Residential Services. * Coordinate and schedule partner and volunteer activities to enhance services available to guests. * Represent The Evolution Center in collaborative meetings, outreach efforts, and community initiatives as requested. * Coordinate with team the appropriate placement at intake and assessment when guest arrive at The Evolution Center  * Ensure team is inputting all data into Client Track HMIS system, Apricot, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports * Must be willing to collaborate effectively and proactively with appropriate department directors and HR Manager when such activities and decisions are applicable. * Ensure team is inputting all data into Client Track HMIS system, Apricot, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports * Support the collection and analysis of program data to monitor outcomes, inform decision-making, and enhance service delivery. * Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services provided, incidents, and guest interactions in accordance with Gateway Center policies. * Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to improve program operations when requested or based on experience in program. * The position is based at The Evolution Center and requires on-site presence. * Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to ensure 24/7 operations. * Leadership & Supervision: Ability to lead, mentor, and support a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. * Crisis Management: Skilled in responding to and de-escalating crises effectively. * Collaboration: Strong ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the delivery of Gateway Center services. * Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to changing circumstances and program needs. * Mission-Driven: Commitment to Gateway Center’s vision of ending homelessness through strategic and compassionate services.   QUALIFICATIONS: * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.  * Required High School Diploma * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in social services, homelessness services, shelter operations, or a related field. * At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a direct services setting. * Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and housing-first principles. * Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use disorders. * Demonstrated ability to manage crisis situations and provide conflict resolution. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software preferred. * Flexibility (may require some evenings and weekend work)   PHYSICAL DEMANDS:   The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
