(DHi) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Support Administrator to assist program managers with administrative coordination, documentation, and project tracking. The ideal candidate will support program execution, reporting, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful program outcomes. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple program support tasks in a government contracting environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Administration Support program managers with scheduling, documentation, and reporting. Track program deliverables, milestones, and action items. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and program communications. Cross-Functional Coordination Facilitate communication between program teams, operations, and leadership. Support project management activities including resource tracking and task follow-up. Maintain accurate program documentation and records. Reporting & Compliance Generate program status reports for leadership and stakeholders. Assist in compliance documentation related to program requirements. Support audit and reporting activities as needed. Process Improvement Assist in streamlining program support workflows. Provide recommendations for enhancing administrative and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in program support, project coordination, or administrative support. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential program information. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting government contracting or defense programs. Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems. Experience tracking program compliance and milestones.
