About the role The Program Support Officer, Co-operative Experiential Learning is responsible for the administration of co-operative learning functions across both higher education and TAFE. This position works closely with Course Coordinators ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, communication with placement organisations, students and staff to ensure a quality experience for students and industry partners. You will: coordinate the administration of placements; assist in the development, documentation and implementation of procedures to ensure consistent business processes; establish, maintain and store legal agreements for placements; and maintain accurate and confidential records and files of student placements. About you Reporting to the Coordinator, Co-operative Placements, you will have experience in the administration of placements in a Higher Education or TAFE setting complimented by demonstrated administration skills, including the ability to maintain efficient and effective record keeping. You will possess: demonstrated ability to interpret policies and procedures; effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders; and demonstrated problem solving, time management and organisational skills.
