Requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field (or 5+ additional years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).
  • 2+ years of experience in program planning, contract interpretation, and budget development for DoD or federal agency projects.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and acquisition regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams

Responsibilities
  • Analyze program activities including acquisition strategies, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Prepare and maintain acquisition plans, compliance checklists, briefings, and white papers.
  • Review budgets vs. actuals to guide financial and programmatic decisions.
  • Support program managers in executing integrated responsibilities and performance reviews.
  • Conduct funding analysis, expenditure tracking, and cost/schedule variance reviews.
  • Incorporate contract modifications into program baselines and maintain visibility of progress.
  • Develop and manage budgets and schedules for key program components.
  • Gather, analyze, and present actionable data-driven recommendations.
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare executive-level reports, and update process manuals.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
