The LRB is seeking a motivated individual to provide outstanding customer service to the diverse customers we serve. Under general supervision of the Supervising Program Technician II, and in accordance with established procedures, you will work in LRB’s License Sales Unit, performing the more difficult program specialist work as a journey level technician. Working Conditions
Requires the use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse for several hours a day and answering phones on a continuous basis. Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. Occasional day and/or overnight travel may be required up to 5% via private or public transportation (e.g., automobile, bus, airplane, etc.) to participate in training and meetings.
