As a Program test Manager, you will work with Sogeti’s clients across different industries on governing and managing a wide range of projects. You’ll have the chance to utilise Sogeti’s best-practice procedures as a part of a valued team. By applying different test methodologies, you’ll ensure that processes are being followed and deadlines are being met. You will be responsible for end-to-end test management of our projects.

Develop comprehensive Test strategy, Test plans and Test approach documents
Providing test estimates and implementing best test practices from Waterfall and Agile model.
Manage end to end testing including managing scope, schedule, plans, test execution, resourcing, test closure activities and post go live support.
Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
Managing SIT execution, Defect management and Daily/Weekly status reports
Managing SIT and UAT defect triage meeting, Co-ordinating with project team for resolving blocker issues impacting test cycles.
Managing test environments and data loads
Guiding team in building Test SQL and regression packs
Handle all business queries and coordinating UAT executions
Manage and Escalate RAID with mitigation plan
Implementing test automation suite and guiding automation team
Building test closure report
Manage and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance, training, and perform evaluations
Oversee day-to-day activities and task management of the test team
Lead, motivate, and support Test team.
15+ years of experience in Test management.
Strong knowledge on implementing Test plans, Test estimates, Test strategy, Test approach and Test closure reports
Strong knowledge in data warehouse domain and tools such as - SQL and Informatica
Excel at using Test management software tools such as JIRA and ALM
