Our Internship Program is an unique opportunity available for undergraduate students, this programs runs between May and August at our Airport, Hangar and administrative offices in Panama. The purpose of this program is to provide to Panamanian talent the opportunity to experience the aviation industry, learn valuable lessons and to get real world professional experience. For us, the success of the program is that a large percentage of the interns are hired once they complete their university studies. As an intern you will be assigned demanding and challenging project fully guided by a sponsor allowing you to gain exposure to different business areas, as we help you make a smooth transition from student to professional. ELIGIBILITY Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship Candidates in the or third or last year of study Student of Engineering, Finance, IT or Software Development Availability for the full duration of the internship from end of May 2026 – August 2026 Panamanian citizenship or permanent residency GENERAL INFORMATION Our internship program is unpaid, The duration of the internship is 6, 8 or 12 weeks considering the availability of the students The program schedule is from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.
