The Technical Opportunity Program (TOP) is a free two-week training program that equips students with the skills and knowledge needed for high-paying roles through technical training. You'll gain practical experience in electrical and mechanical skills through a mix of lectures, videos, and hands-on lab activities. Plus, you'll be paid while in training, starting at $18.75 an hour. If you're ready to invest in your future and work hard – this training is for you! After completing the TOP program, Trainees will be considered for full-time positions at Wonderful Orchards.
