Main Purpose: Fundada en 2004, Catalina Huanca Sociedad Minera S.A.C., es una empresa privada ubicada en el distrito de Canaria, provincia de Fajardo de la región Ayacucho. Consiste en una mina subterránea polimetálica, donde se extrae zinc, cobre y plomo, para lo cual emplean diferentes métodos de minado que varían según las condiciones geológicas y los tipos de vetas o depósitos existentes. El mineral extraído es procesado en la Planta de Beneficio San Jerónimo de 2600 TMD. En el Graduate Program de Catalina Huanca Sociedad Minera S.A.C. los candidatos tendrán una comprensión integral de todas las áreas de operaciones, permitiendo oportunidades futuras de desarrollo dentro del Grupo de minería Trafigura. El programa Trainee tiene una duración de un año comenzando en enero de 2026 y culminando en diciembre de 2026. También coordina con los jefes de guardia e ingenieros de mina para realizar inspecciones y verificar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad. Mantiene contacto con el personal operativo para promover conductas seguras y reportar incidentes. Además, colabora con las áreas de salud ocupacional y medio ambiente en la prevención de riesgos y control de emergencias. De igual forma, puede interactuar con contratistas y entidades fiscalizadoras durante auditorías o capacitaciones.
