Now, we’re looking for a Programmatic Marketing Specialist to help us bring our message to the right people at the right time—whether they’re scrolling on their phone, watching cat videos, or reading yet another copy and paste article on how to lower their bills.
You’ll be the mastermind behind our programmatic campaigns, audience segmentation, automation, and tracking, making sure our digital ads work smarter. We like to move fast so you’ll need to be comfortable in a lean, reactive team where plans can pivot fast.

Responsibilities

Running killer programmatic campaigns:

  • Setting up, managing, and optimising programmatic ad campaigns across display, video, and social
  • Keeping a watchful eye on performance, ensuring budgets are spent wisely and not wasted on bots (or your parents clicking on our ads repeatedly)
  • Tweaking bidding strategies, creatives, and audience targeting to constantly learn and develop

Making sure our data is smarter than AI-generated poetry:

  • Diving into performance reports and using real-time data to tweak campaigns like a pro
  • Running A/B tests to find out what makes customers tick (and click)
  • Distilling complex analytics into actionable insights that help us refine our marketing magic

Getting our audience targeting on point:

  • Building smart audience segments to serve up hyper-relevant ads
  • Setting up automation workflows to keep our targeting slick
  • Floodlights? Pixels? Tagging? Yep, you’ll have the skills to set those up yourself to track conversions - in our server-side tag manager container - and make our ads work harder

Collaborating with a bunch of cool humans:

  • Working with creative, data, and tech teams to keep our campaigns looking great and running smoothly
  • Understanding the end-to-end journey of both our retail and products teams
  • Ripping up pointless meetings and openly throwing out big ideas, and challenging the status quo
