Responsibilities The Opportunity As the Programmatic and Biddable Media Execution Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-performing digital campaigns that drive measurable business impact. You will lead the execution of paid search, social, and programmatic media buying, ensuring campaigns are optimized for efficiency and aligned with strategic objectives. This position requires a strong focus on performance, governance, and financial stewardship, while fostering collaboration across teams and mentoring talent. Your expertise will help shape audience strategies, leverage advanced technology, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in building operational excellence and driving innovation in media execution. Your Impact As Programmatic and Biddable Media Execution Manager your scope would consist of: Execute end-to-end media buying for paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Optimize campaign performance using advanced tools, automation, and data-driven strategies to maximize efficiency and return on investment. Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives. Monitor and analyze campaign results, making real-time adjustments to improve outcomes and meet performance goals. Ensure compliance and governance, safeguarding brand safety, privacy, and fraud prevention standards. Collaborate across teams, streamlining workflows and embedding best practices for operational excellence. Mentor and develop team members, building capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain strong vendor and platform relationships, ensuring optimal use of technology and resolving execution challenges. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 8+ years of experience in digital media buying and programmatic campaign execution, with exposure to both agency and client-side environments. Lead high-budget campaigns in fast-moving consumer goods or multi-brand settings, delivering measurable impact across multiple markets. Apply technical expertise in demand-side platforms and ad platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Drive advanced programmatic strategies, including real-time bidding, audience targeting, dayparting, and geo-targeting to maximize performance. Shape audience activation plans using first-party and third-party data, lookalike modeling, retargeting, and suppression logic. Optimize campaign performance to improve cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and other efficiency metrics. Manage budgets and operational efficiency, ensuring accurate pacing, cost optimization, and strong financial stewardship. Mentor and develop talent, fostering growth and collaboration in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while influencing cross-functional teams.
