OVERVIEW OF THE JOB
Programmatic is one of the fastest-growing areas of our business, and we’re looking for a skilled and ambitious Programmatic Lead to help drive its next phase of growth.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of programmatic specialists to deliver and grow programmatic revenue across DAX Audio and DAX Outdoor. This is a hybrid sales and trading role, combining proactive revenue generation with end-to-end campaign delivery—from pitch and planning through to set-up, optimisation and reporting.
You’ll bring a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs and ad servers, and strong relationships with media agencies and trading desks. Working closely with commercial, operations and tech teams, you’ll play a critical role in scaling programmatic trading through the DAX platform.
