SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS.

  • 4+ years in a digital agency, with hands-on programmatic trading and implementation experience. Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and broader media landscape, including both traditional and interactive media
  • DV360, CM, and GA360 certified, with strong analytical and mathematical skills. Confident in interpreting data and delivering clear, actionable insights. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant technical platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and is always ready to go the extra mile.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Skilled in time management, campaign performance tracking, and driven by initiative to proactively take on new tasks.
Responsibilities

As a Programmatic Manager, you’ll manage end-to-end campaign delivery, optimise performance, & provide strategic insights across client accounts. You’ll work closely with the Programmatic Director, media planners, & external partners to drive measurable outcomes.
