Programmatic Marketing Specialist As our highly valued Programmatic Marketing Specialist, your role is to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels with the goal to generate new sources of traffic, leads and sales to help grow one of Great Southern Bank’s exciting new product offerings. You will have real ownership of results with end-to-end campaign management accountability across all digital marketing channels including search, display and social, with the opportunity to work alongside some of Australia's best marketers and use cutting edge tools. This position is open to candidates located in Brisbane only with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. You’ll make an impact by: Planning, execution and optimisation of Paid Social, Digital Video, Display and Remarketing campaigns with full ownership of results for all products within Great Southern Bank Setting up programmatic campaigns end to end including budgets, objectives, brand studies, cross-channel R&F and pacing Implementation, trafficking, optimisation and pacing of programmatic campaigns to deliver targets based on allocated budgets Identifying Negotiating deals and guaranteed buys with external partners in line with marketing strategy and media plan Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: 3 plus years’ marketing experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency with a focus on programmatic media. (Financial Services experience desirable) Proven experience implementing complex social, video and display campaigns Proficient with DV360, Campaign Manager, YouTube, Facebook ads and ideally experience with TikTok Ads and other publishers Reporting capabilities across Google or Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Data Studio / Power BI / Tableau / similar suites Why Great Southern Bank?
