This position offers a salary range of $80,000 – $100,000, determined by location, experience, and expertise. This is an onsite position at our Superior, CO office Monday – Thursday. Overview: ROR Partners is seeking a Programmatic Media Specialist with 2–4 years of programmatic media experience, including the most recent 1–2 years hands-on within The Trade Desk. This role is responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling performance-driven campaigns across multiple clients and verticals. The position works cross-functionally with Social, Search, Strategy, and Client Services teams to ensure campaigns align to business objectives and deliver measurable results. The expectation is independent ownership within The Trade Desk, disciplined execution, and proactive performance improvement. This is not a junior trafficking role. The individual in this position will be accountable for performance outcomes and operational excellence. What you will do: Own end-to-end campaign execution within The Trade Desk (setup through reporting) Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across display, video, CTV, audio, and native Develop audience recommendations leveraging first-party, third-party, contextual, and modeled data Manage bid strategy, pacing, frequency controls, budget allocation, and supply path optimization Analyze performance data and identify actionable optimization opportunities Proactively make optimization recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes Partner with Strategy and Client Services to communicate performance insights clearly Collaborate with Social and Search teams to ensure integrated channel execution Execute structured testing plans across creative, audience, bidding, and inventory Contribute to internal documentation and best practices Who we are looking for: 2–4 years of programmatic media experience Most recent 1–2 years of hands-on experience in The Trade Desk Strong understanding of: DSP buying mechanics Supply path optimization Audience targeting methodologies Bid strategy and pacing controls Attribution models and performance measurement Experience managing budgets of $25K+ per month Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts with accuracy and accountability Preferred Qualifications: Proof of all current The Trade Desk certifications Demonstrated understanding of the cookie-based and ID-based digital ecosystem Experience driving leads and conversions for subscription-based businesses Experience in fitness, home services, or similar performance-driven verticals Experience with CTV planning and measurement Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and pixel/event tracking What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) Independently managing active TTD campaigns Proactively making optimization recommendations that improve performance Demonstrating sound judgment in budget allocation and bid strategy decisions Contributing insights to cross-channel planning conversations Maintaining pacing discipline and performance accountability Why ROR Partners?
