EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1+ years in programmatic sales roles
  • 2+ years digital media experience in a sales focused role
  • High level understanding of the digital media landscapes
  • High level understanding of programmatic transactions & audience segmentation
  • Experience working with SSPs or DSPs & generating new business.
  • A strong commercial drive and understanding sales imperatives.
  • Relationships with agency trading desks

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re on the hunt for a Programmatic Sales Specialist to join the team at LiSTNR, Australia’s largest reaching Digital Audio Network. This role will be responsible for the commercialisation of SCA/LiSTNR and partners inventory through programmatic channels. You will drive programmatic revenue growth and new business through collaboration with the digital sales & operations teams, through platform & product expertise across sales and client management.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Maximise programmatic revenue across all LiSTNR and partner products, including LiSTNR streaming, display, video and Podcasts.
  • Collaborate with the digital sales team to develop programmatic solutions from brief, response, pitch, deal management and post campaign reporting.
  • Demonstrate the power of digital audio and its role in omni channel programmatic strategies to provide solutions for clients.
  • Ensure programmatic revenue targets are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Engage with the Ad Tech team to develop clean room solutions for clients.
  • Develop new programmatic clients through agency trading desks & in house teams.
  • Focus on new business growth across independent agencies and direct clients.
  • Develop and mentor campaign executives and junior members of the team.
  • Serve as a primary contact in your market for trading desks and DSPs.
  • Provide expertise where required on programmatic deal troubleshooting, liaising with our SSP partners where needed to find a resolution.
  • Review programmatic performance of consortium groups, analyse client data to optimise growth.
  • Oversee deal health & performance of all PG & PMP deals.
  • Develop relationships with all SSPs & DSPs.
  • Development & maintain high level relationships in programmatic agency teams, group
