Downing College is seeking an administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills to assist the Programme Director and Programme Manager in the efficient running of the Downing International Programmes. DETAILS OF THE ROLE
The post of Programme Administrator is a permanent, full-time role. Applications are invited from suitably experienced candidates.
Hours of work are to be worked Monday to Friday with a daily unpaid 30-minute lunch break. However, flexibility will be required to work evenings and weekends, in particular when the Programmes are in progress during out of term periods. The annual salary is £26,712 per annum for 36.25 hours per week (Step 32 on the College Salary Scale).
