Mō te tūranga | About the role Are you an organised, detail‑driven administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and spotting opportunities to make them even better? We’re looking for a Programme Administrator to play a key role in supporting programme delivery through high‑quality administration, financial processing, and practical coordination. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll support financial processes, maintain key records, and coordinate site‑related activities, while delivering a professional, customer‑focused service to generation sites and the wider team. Responsibilities include managing shared inboxes, maintaining accurate and auditable records, and supporting day‑to‑day site administration. Alongside this, you’ll bring a continuous improvement mindset where you'll actively look for smarter, more efficient ways of working, helping to streamline processes, reduce rework, and improve the experience for both internal customers and site teams. Please note this role could be based on Wellington, Christchurch or Twizel. You’ll be friendly, engaging, and really enjoy what you do. Our ideal candidate will have proven relevant general administration as well as financial administration experience. You'll ideally have experience supporting a wide range of customers, and be a highly proficient user of Microsoft office administration packages Other key requirements include: Constructive and collaborative working style Demonstrated passion for helping people. Excellent attention to detail. Experience processing end to end, rates and royalty payments, ensuring alignment to agreements, schedules and necessary approvals. Experience maintaining accurate records, clear audit trails and receipting. Ability to prepare, reconcile and process payments through relevant systems.
