ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting 2 full-time Programme Administrator posts. The role will specialise in administering all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of the designated programme(s), ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with enquiries, applications, induction, module selections, student queries, assessments, student support, committees and events. The post will lead in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students, alumni and staff relating to the designated programmes/modules and beyond. The post plays a key role in the development of the School of Management Teaching and Learning Support Team.
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site.
